Abstract Submission Summary
Please find here the current summary of Abstract submissions ID numbers with a total count, which MS or SS the submitter has requested to be aligned to.
Please note, these are still going through the review stage, so this is not a confirmed list. This list is changing regularly.
We are getting very close to our reviewing target, but we welcome your contribution if you have not already been a part of the reviewing process.
All submitters have been set up to conduct reviews. If any presenting authors wish to review, please respond directly and we will arrange this.
You are able to review your abstracts via the link below. Search via abstract ID in the search button, should you wish to review any abstracts that have requested to be included in your MS/SS proposal.
Access your online profile: https://members.asnevents.com.au/register/event/1926
Login using the email address this message has been sent to and enter your password. If you do not remember your password, please use the forgot password function
After logging in, select the ‘Reviews’ tab in the centre of your profile
From there please select the ‘Initial Review’ button and proceed to the first abstract
To indicate a rating of an abstract please scroll your mouse cursor over the star ratings at the bottom of each abstract.
You can make notes for each abstract and search (using search function on review platform) for ones you wish to re-review. If there is an abstract which is a conflict of interest for you, please select the ‘Abstain/Conflict of Interest’ button. We recognise that you may have potential conflicts of interest with multiple abstracts and encourage you to use your own judgement regarding these, but the following are some examples where it may not be appropriate for you to review an abstract:
You are an author on the abstract under review.
You have had significant input into the study design and/or outcomes described in the abstract.
You have collaborated, in a significant way, with the first and/or senior author(s) on publications within the last three calendar years (co-authorship) or on pending and/or current grant applications.
You have a financial and/or commercial interest in the abstract content (e.g. currently receives research funding or other support from a company involved in the abstract, has a related patent).
You have a known personal relationship (e.g. spouse or de facto partner, close social relationship) with any of the abstract authors, which may prevent the reviewer, or be perceived to prevent the reviewer, from providing an unbiased review
Criteria for acceptance of an abstract are:
The title of the abstract is within the themes of the IALCCE 2025
The contents of the abstract are technically reasonable
The language in the abstract demonstrates sufficient comprehension of English
The abstract is not related to a commercial advertisement
Should you encounter any issues when reviewing, please feel free to contact me. We appreciate your contribution to abstract reviewing for IALCCE 2025.
