  • 支払金額は AUD（オーストラリアドル）です。

  • MasterCardおよびVisaでのお支払いには1.25%、AMEXでのお支払いには2.95%の手数料が加算されます。

  • 学生は、登録を完了するために在留資格を証明する書類を提出する必要があります。

  • ポストカンファレンス・テクニカルツアーには定員があります。定員に空きがある場合は、登録された参加者に先着順でご案内いたします。そのため、完全な参加登録は出席を保証するものではありません。

To access the group discount:

Step 1: Set up a group and ensure all members register under that group.

Step 2: Each group member must select “Pay by Invoice” during registration. This allows us to manually apply the discount once the group is verified.

Step 3: Once all group members have completed their registration, email us at✉️ secretariat@ialcce2025.org

We’ll confirm your group and finalise the discounted rate via email.

We are offering a reduced priced ticket with a $100 discount, to attend IALCCE symposium sessions and the Welcome Function only.

This does NOT include a ticket to the Gala Dinner.

  • We will never request payment via email containing bank transfer details without an official invoice.

  • All card payments must be made through our secure online payment gateways.

  • 登録ダッシュボードはユニークなオンラインシステムで、参加者の皆様が大会前および大会後に、効果的かつ効率的に登録し、大会のあらゆる面をご自身で管理できるようにするものです。いつでも登録ダッシュボードにアクセスし、ソーシャルファンクションチケットの追加、エクストラエクストラの追加・変更、宿泊施設の予約・変更、支払い、アブストラクトの編集・開始、請求書のダウンロードを行うことができます。

    ASN イベントが運営するカンファレンスに登録したことのある方は、おそらくご自身の「登録ダッシュボード」を作成されていることでしょう。その場合、この会議に登録する際、「returning delegate」の下にEメールとパスワードを入力し、「IALCCE2025」をクリックしてください。

    ASN Eventsが運営するカンファレンスにまだ登録されていない方は、ご自身の登録ダッシュボードを設定する必要がありますので、「新規登録」をクリックしてください。詳細情報を入力すると、あなた自身の「登録ダッシュボード」が作成されます。

  • 組織内の代表者の登録を手配されている団体管理者の方は、登録手順をクリックしてご覧ください。

  • 料金のオンライン支払い用に安全なサイトが用意されている。ダッシュボード」に独自のセクションがあります。支払いオプションは以下の通りです：

    - クレジットカード - VisaまたはMastercard（1.25%の追加手数料がかかります）、またはAMEXがご利用いただけますが、AMEXでのお支払いには2.95%の追加手数料がかかります。

    - 口座引き落とし（お申し込みの際に銀行口座のご案内をメールにてお送りいたします。）

    登録が完了すると、登録者全員にオーストラリアの税金請求書が発行されます。この請求書と領収書は、ダッシュボードからいつでも印刷することができます。

    カンファレンスのABNは90 093 246 176です。すべての料金はGSTを含み、オーストラリアドルで表示されています。すべてのオンライン登録は事務局によってチェックされます。ご不明な点がございましたら、事務局よりご連絡させていただきます。登録後に変更や追加を行う場合は、「ダッシュボード」に戻ってください。

  • Should your circumstances change, and you are unable to attend the conference, you must contact ASN Events via email (secretariat@ialcce2025.org) no later than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference. A cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply to cover administration costs incurred in relation to your registration. Should you cancel less than 35 days prior to the commencement of the conference, no refund will be payable.

    2025年6月10日(火)までは、キャンセル料100ドルを差し引いた全額を返金いたします。

    2025年6月10日(火)以降の払い戻しはできませんが、代表者の代理出席は可能です。

  • 万が一、大会に参加できなくなった場合、ASN EventsまでEメールにてご連絡いただければ、未登録の同僚や友人に登録の代わりをしていただくことが可能です。登録料および追加費用の払い戻しは、新しい参加者に直接請求してください。
